Because LeoDolle pieces are handmade and produced in very limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Please review the product description, doll compatibility, measurements, photos, and included items carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Incorrect or Not as Described
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or the item is significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help find an appropriate solution.
Depending on the situation, a replacement or refund may be offered.
Handmade Variations
Each LeoDolle piece is handmade. Small variations in stitching, embellishment placement, fabric texture, or finishing may naturally occur and are part of the character of handmade work.
These minor variations are not considered defects.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
